For years being a successful singer meant everything to Rena Gaile. But in 1997, with a young son, a happy marriage, a hit song in New Country Music, and nominations for "Best New Artist" and "Female Artist of the Year" in the company of Shania Twain, Terri Clark, and Michele Wright for her "Out On a Limb" album, Rena felt hollow. Rena was convinced that, despite all this success, her life was off track. So she asked God what he wanted for her life and she got an interesting answer. Rena's need to be famous was quickly replaced by a new-found spiritual enthusiasm for a host of musical activities....teaching, songwriting, singing in prisons, on 100 Huntley Street as well as in churches, and hosting outreach concerts.

Rena is the artist with rich angelic vocals on the Run Wild Run Free CD. She collaborated on this composition with her husband, Jim Morgan and musician friend Aidan Mason.
